Caveat:

(1) Ensure reliable grounding before using the laser;

(2) There are no usable parts inside the product. All repairs should be carried out by Tottenham personnel. In order to prevent electric shock, please do not damage the label and remove the cover, otherwise any damage to the product will not be guaranteed;

(3) The output head of the laser is connected with the optical cable. Please check the output head carefully when using it to prevent dust or other pollution. When cleaning the output end lens, please use special lens paper;

(4) If the laser is used in a manner not specified in this manual, the laser may be in an abnormal working state and cause damage;

(5) When the laser is in operation, it is strictly forbidden to disassemble and assemble the laser output head;

(6) Do not look directly at the laser output head. When operating the machine, make sure to wear laser eye protection throughout.

Before installing the SMA905 output head into the processing head, the lens of the output head must be inspected. If the lens of the output head is found to be dirty, the output head must be cleaned.

The front end of the laser output head structure contains easily damaged quartz end caps. Pay special attention when plugging and unplugging the laser output head! ! Do not knock on the quartz end cap on the front of the output head, otherwise it will cause damage to the optical fiber output head and result in damage to the laser! ! !Installation Precautions:

(1) Place the laser horizontally in a suitable position and fix it as necessary.

(2) Before powering on the laser, please check whether the AC power supply of the laser is at the proper voltage (220VAC±10%, 50/60Hz) and whether the grounding wire is good.

(3) Connect all power lines and control lines of the laser in a non-charged state. Installing the control lines with power may cause damage to the laser.

(4) Please check the laser output terminal and make necessary cleaning as required by the regulations, and then install it in the equipment.

(5) Do not step on, squeeze or excessively bend the metal armored protective tube during the installation of the optical fiber to avoid damage to the optical fiber.

(6) Ensure that the surrounding environment is clean during the installation of the optical fiber output head, otherwise the output head may be contaminated (do not turn on the fan during the installation of the output head, so as to avoid large dust in the air).

(7) The minimum bending diameter of the laser transmission fiber in non-working conditions such as transportation and storage shall not be less than 10cm. When the laser is emitting light, the minimum bending diameter shall not be less than 12cm.

(8) In the process of installation and disassembly, please handle the laser output head gently, and do not subject it to vibration or collision.
