The average overcurrent of a MOS is only less than 35A. We use a 300A MOS. The real real standard current allows long-term work with load

Infineon 1.5mR * 8MOS array, aluminum substrate heat dissipation integrated conduction internal resistance 0.1875mR (note the unit is milliohm)

The bottom plate is directly attached to a 20 * 12mm thick copper bar
