Measuring voltage and current:
The USB male plugs in the 5V charger, the female socket is plugged into the mobile phone and other devices, and the voltage and current parameters are directly read out.
Measure the quality of the MicroUSB cable:
Insert the mobile phone and other equipment, first use the male plug of the machine to plug in the 5V charger, remember the voltage, then use the MicroUSB cable to plug in the MicroUSB hole from the 5V charger to remember the voltage, the smaller the voltage gap, the better the quality of the MicroUSB cable.
Measuring battery capacity:
Use the linear charging circuit such as TP4056 to fully charge the completely dead battery through this capacity meter. The capacity reading is the battery capacity. This method can also measure the charging capacity of the mobile phone and even calculate the charging efficiency of the mobile phone.
Measuring mobile power output capacity and efficiency:
First connect the unit to the mobile power, turn on the mobile power, long press the button until the capacity data is zero, insert the phone to charge multiple times until the mobile power is turned off automatically. The display capacity is the mAH of the mobile power output the next time the unit is turned on. Note that this mAH is much smaller than the nominal mAH, output mAH* output voltage 5V / battery mAH * battery voltage 3.7V = mobile power efficiency
Clear data:
Press and hold the button until (the first group of data) becomes the next group and then release the button, automatically jumping to the next set of data starting from zero.
Data view:
Quickly double-click the button (within 0.5S) to enter the view data view mode, the backlight LED will flash, then display the next set of data, double click to exit the data view mode, and the backlight LED will be on.
High or low voltage alarm:
The LCD arrow and backlight LED will flash and the alarm will prompt. Press the button LED to light 30S.
Power on status:
Connect the power through the MicroUSB or the USB cable with the cable. The entire content of the LCD screen displays 1S (detecting whether the LCD screen is intact), then displaying the last data (capacity, and the first group of data), the current voltage, current and voltage are high. Or a low hint.
Data calibration function setting: one electronic load meter, one constant current source.
The constant current source is adjusted to 8.5V or above and 10V or less (recommended 9V), and the electronic load is set to CC mode (constant current mode). The four currents of 3A, 2A, 1A, and 0.3A are respectively calibrated.
Take 3A as an example:
3A calibration: The electronic load is set to constant current mode 3A, the current of the fuel gauge LCD screen will be automatically and slowly calibrated (about 10S). The current of the LCD screen will be changed. After the calibration, the electronic load data will be automatically protected.
