overview
HY19 series voltmeter and ammeter are used for single voltage and current measurement and display in electrical circuits, and can be added with switch input D1.Alarm (switch output D0), analog transmission, RS485 communication and other output functions.

4.2 installation method
According to the appearance of the instrument, select the corresponding installation opening size in the above table, open a hole in the installation screen, insert the instrument into the installation hole, put the two clamping parts into the clamping groove of the instrument shell, and push them tightly by hand.

 programming and use
5.1 key description
E setting key: in the measurement value display mode, press and hold the key 2s to enter the main menu programming mode (menu codE=0 to directly enter, otherwiseYou need to enter the programming password to enter).In programming mode, press this button to switch to the next menu, and continue to press this button 2s to exit programming mode.
G left shift key: in the measurement value display mode, continue to hold down the key 2s to enter the output menu programming mode (menu code-0 directly enters,Otherwise, you need to enter the programming password to enter).In programming mode, press this key to move the cursor one bit to the left.
Y decrease key: in measurement display mode, press and hold this key for 2s to display software version numberIn programming mode, press this key to decrement the value of menu parameters.When the 2-way relay is installed in the instrument, continue to hold down the key 2s to release the AL alarm lock.
A add key: in programming mode, press this key to increment the value of menu parameters.When the 1-way relay is installed in the meter, press and hold the button 2s continuously to release the alarm lock.When the 2-way relay is installed in the meter, press and hold the button 2s continuously to release AH alarm lock.When the alarm lock displays, continue to hold down the key 2s, the meter will reset and restart.In programming mode, no button pressing after 120s will automatically return to the measurement value display mode.
Matters needing attention
7.1 before power, please confirm again whether the auxiliary power supply, input signal and wiring of the instrument are correct.
7.2 please configure the instrument menu parameters according to the actual situation before use.
7.3 the meter shall be preheated for 15 minutes during measurement verification.
7.4 the instrument shall not be subjected to knock, collision and violent vibration, and the operating environment shall meet the technical requirements.
7.5 if you forget the programming password, you can use "5643" to enter.
Packaging and storage
The instruments and accessories should be stored in a ventilated and dry place under the packing condition, avoid being corroded by moisture and corrosive gases, the maximum storage temperature should not exceed +70℃, the minimum storage temperature should not be lower than -40℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%RH.
