look at the door from the indoor, if the door is flat or the door to door frame is less than 3cm, you need to add the L bracket.

Wiring Diagram
The simple wiring diagram is connect both access control keypad, electric lock, exit button to the DC12V power supply. Then connect the DC12V power supply to your AC90-260V power.
