In fact, this is not appropriate: 1. Fan is actually a kind of mechanical running device. It runs at the highest speed at any time. It will accelerate wear and tear and shorten the life of the fan. 2. In most practical applications, it is not necessary to let the fan run at low temperature, which wastes energy and increases unnecessary wind noise. !!! If the temperature control governor is added to the heat dissipation system, the above problems can be well solved. When the temperature is low, the governor automatically slows down or closes the fan. When the temperature rises, the speed control will automatically increase the fan's speed. Such cyclic regulation, first of all, ensures the heat dissipation capacity of the whole heat dissipation system, also saves electricity and reduces fan noise!!! 1. Introduction to the function of this governor This JCF 4806 temperature control governor adopts PWM modulation technology to realize fan temperature control speed regulation. The governor controls fan speed according to temperature. The higher the temperature, the faster the speed. When the ambient temperature is below 30 degrees (this temperature value can be customized), the governor controls the fan to stop running. When the fan is above 30 degrees, the fan starts at low speed. If the temperature continues to rise, the fan speed will increase slowly. When the temperature rises to 50 degrees, the fan turns into full-speed operation. When the temperature starts to drop below 50 degrees, the speed of the fan slowly decreases, and when it drops to 30 degrees, the fan closes, so as to work in a cycle. Industrial grade scheme, simple to use, stable and reliable, especially suitable for outdoor unmanned cabinet use!! Simply put, when the temperature is below 30 degrees, the fan does not turn, and the temperature is between 30 and 50, the speed of the fan is controlled by the temperature. When the temperature is above 50 degrees, the full speed of the fan is controlled. If the temperature continues to rise, when the temperature exceeds 55 degrees, the buzzer on board starts to alarm, indicating that the temperature is too high (this function is optional). 2.
