Insert the round end of the dotting pen into the cement. Push hard to secure the cement. 3. Use the round end of the pen to stick a rhinestone. Press down slightly to remove excess cement. 4. Remove the film and place the rhinestone on the canvas according to the corresponding number. 5. If you stick a rhinestone in the wrong location, use the tweezers to remove the rhinestone. 6. After all rhinestones have been placed, apply weight to the full surface of the canvas to ensure adhesion.   Note: 1.The color of this picture is too bright.
