According to the Datasheet of MFRC522, the control interface of the IC is determined by the level of I2C and EA.
In the MF522-PD module, the two configuration lines have been induced, and the type of interface is determined by resistance R3, R4, R5 and R6.
R3 (drop-down, 10K Ohm), R4 (pull up, 100 ohms, no solder on board) controls the level of the pin I2C.
R5 (drop-down, 10K Ohm), R6 (pull up, 100 ohms, no solder on board) controls the level of the pin EA.
