1. The default shipping method is air mail which has no customs problems at most times. We will do our best to help you in importing the goods. If you want faster shpping method,

Return policy
Buyer should check the package once receiving. If the package damage during  the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and it will return to us. Then contact us promptly.

If you need return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and  contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed  problem and send us some pictures for confirmation. and if buyer insist  on returning, after our technical engineer checked the received return  is without any quality problem,all the charge is at buyer's expense.
