• We have different sizes available and optional for the fixed lens such as 4/6/8/12/16mm. Please check our product specifications and let us know which lens size you need by Message. By default, without any clear indication from the customer, we will supply 4mm lens for camera.

• Please take the product information as reference and let us know your plan and the important functions you focus on for the camera you need and we will confirm what you concern and give you professional advices. Full communication will help you get the right product and a better deal for both of us.

• In order to avoid exorbitant customs & import charges, please kindly advise us the value you would like to show on the invoice. By default, We would mark item value very low as gifts, or make a mark of "Samples with no commercial value" on the invoice.

• 1 YEAR Warranty for Defective Items Except the items damaged or misused after receipt. Accessories have 3-month warranty. We only judge products DEFECTIVE or not by its functions and performance.

• We provide free repair service for the Defective Items but charge cost price for replacement of damaged components within the warranty periods. Shipment cost is shared by both seller and buyer in the first 4 month of the warranty and bear by the buyer totally after that.
