Formal dresses are not like casual clothing,fitness is very important to a perfect look.

Don’t order the size you normally wear,as our standard sizes may not be same as your local standard sizes.Compare your own measurements to the size chart carefully,if there isn't your standard size,please write your custom measurements in the remarking box when you order.We will make it in your own measurements to make sure the dress fit well.

Don't order larger standard size than your body,some dresses styles are not easy to be altered,especially the dress with full of beading work.

If you choose color from the color chart below ,please write the color number in the remarking box when you order.

If you are not sure which color is the one you are looking for,please send a photo of the color you want to us,we will help you to find the closest color.

Order Modification and Cancellation Policy

Normally,we begin to arrange the making the next day of receiving the payment.So if you need to change anything of the dress,such as size,color and details or cancel the whole order,please send us message in 24 hours of payment.After 24 hours,when we receive your message about changing or cancellation,we need to check with the factory first to see whether they have cut the fabrics.If they haven't,we will make the change or cancellation.If fabrics have been cut,the order can not be changed or canceled.If customers insist canceling the order,we offer 40% of the dress price refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the item you received,please kindly contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your order. For exchange and return,customers need to afford the shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status.

Please Note:As all the dresses are custom made,for all returned items,there will be 40% of the total cost restocking fee.

Some Notes You Need to Know

1. The price is just for the dress itself, any accessory in the photos is not included.

2. The price doesn't include any customs tax, if there is tax,it should be afforded by the buyer.

3. Any dress can be custom made in your own measurements and in the colors from the color chart.

4. For plus size(16W-26W)dresses,there will be $19-$79 plus size fee,depends on the complexity of the dress.

5. Slight color difference might exist,we can not guarantee the real dress color will be exactly same as the pictures online.And we don't accept the complain of color difference.

6. Making the dress takes about 10-15 working days(in busy seasons,it make takes 20-25 days),rush order can be finished in 5-7 working days with $49 rush fee.

7. When you order, please write your wedding or event date in the remarking box.

8. We can send color samples ,customers need to afford the $30 shipping cost (fast shipping) or $25 (slow shipping).

9.We also custom make dresses that are not from our store,please send us the photos,we will quote you the best price.
