Delivery details

All the items will be dispatched within  within 3 work days by  China post or Hong Kong(or Singapore) Air mail after the payment is clear. Items will arrive in  10-40 business days. Warranty & Returns

All the products we are selling are new and right, tested before the delivery .Please check the package carefully,when you signed. We aim for five star service and want you to be happy - period.  Please contact us email or TradeManager if you have NOT received item in 30 days, we will check it with post office, and then resend or refund any missing item. We offer the 1-month free replacement. Buyers may request for a replacement within 15 days from  your receipt of the product. The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
