Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.

Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that slated on the appliance.

DESCRIPTION

Gyros is a pile of meat layers that is broiled by continuous rotation.

The particular broiling result is obtained by alternating heating of approximately 120' and cooling down. This brings a constant inner flow of gravy, comparable to the gravy obtained when roasting meat. The meat fibres do net harden, and the gravy is flavoured by the spices.

This cooking mode results in very healthy meat.

The skewers rotates in front of an open structure of heating elements with half round stainless steel reflectors for an optimal use of energy.

The vertical grill allows broiling gyros meat layers, shashlik, party sausages, poultry and fish with few attachments. The meals are easy to prepare, must simply be put on the main skewers, and removed by cutting the meat info pieces, or by removing the whole in once. To operate the appliance, only few and often very obvious instructions need to be followed.

This appliance is also suitable for frozen foods !

OPERATION

1. Take off the outer package parts of the appliance and clean the accessories with a wet cloth before using the appliance.

2. Before the first broiling you should heat up the appliance about 5 minutes. This preheating could decrease the production and packaging residues.

3. Plug in the appliance and switch it on. The heating system cleans itself every time you use the appliance.

4. After this first time preheating, switch off and unplug the appliance.

5. Position the Grease residues tray.

6. Stick the food into the main skewers and skewers,

7. Insert the main skewers into the body

8. Insert Gear and shaft parts

1). insert the gear into main skewer
2). fix the shaft end into the body back plate
3). fix the shaft another end into the gear
4). rotate the screw to lock the shaft into gear

During the operation, if skewer could not rotate well, please repeat this assembly and Make sure the shaft is fixed well into the gear and body back plate.

9. Insert the skewers, who has been attached with food, into Skewers holder.

10. Plug in the appliance and switch it on. Your food is under cooking now.

CAUTIONI Never use the appliance without reflector, Make sure it is positioned correctly before each operation.

HINTS FOR USE

The figures given in the recipe booklet are guide figures, but some variations might occur according to the food and your personal taste, The broiling time is based upon fully defrosted food and the recommended quantity. Broiling meat around a table during a party is a very attractive way of preparing the food in a pleasant way.

Although the appliance hardly splashes during use, it is advisable to put it on a stable surface which is easy to clean.

Do not put the appliance on a flocky or weak surface. Do not move the appliance when it is in use.

CLEAN

You could disassemble this Grill as follow, please sure the appliance is cool down.

1. Disassemble “ Gear and shaft parts” from the top of body

1) unfix the screw

2) move the shaft towards right side and let the shaft out of gear

3) pull out the shaft from the body back plate.

As after frequent use grease residues might burn on the reflector, we advise you to cover the latter with tinfoil. However, make sure that the foil does not come into contact with the heating elements. The tinfoil can be changed according to the use frequency, which allows you to keep the reflector clean.
