Option No. 1 (preferred): Selection of engine dimensions

Remove the engine from the device.

Compare the landing dimensions of the engine-the total height and diameter of the impeller. (Difference +-2mm is acceptable)

An overhead or stamped skirt does not matter. As well as the location of contacts-together or separately.

If the landing dimensions match, the engine fits your vacuum cleaner.

Option No. 2: Selection of the engine according to the model of the vacuum cleaner:

At the bottom of the vacuum cleaner is a shildik (a sticker indicating the model and technical data).

Compare the specified model with the compatibility list on the product card. Note that the compatibility list may not include all models. In this case, use option 2

How to replace the electric motor in the Samsung vacuum cleaner?

After disassembling the vacuum cleaner, gently rinse the body from dust and dirt. Be careful, water should not get on the control board and other electronic components. After thoroughly dry the body of the vacuum cleaner.

Remove the temperature sensor and power contacts from the old motor, reverse the new engine.

Collect the vacuum cleaner, install the front filter/bag (at this stage do not install the rear HEPA filter), run the vacuum cleaner in the ventilated room for 8-10 minutes.. (The appearance of an unpleasant smell is permissible, the engine's carbon brushes are lapsed)

Turn off the vacuum cleaner and let it cool.

Timely make replacement of filter elements. With a contaminated front filter (instead of a filter, can stand a bag), dust particles fall on the engine manifold, which leads to its breakage. When the rear filter is contaminated, an increased resistance is created to pass the air flow, which leads to loss of power and overheating of the engine.

Instead of reusable bags, give preference to disposable. The reusable bag has a poor filtration rate.

Do not suck water and wet trash. Because the engine passes air flow through itself, water particles can cause short circuit.

Bulk substances consisting of very small particles, such as construction dust, cement or flour, are also not recommended to be removed by vacuum cleaner. Particles will quickly kill the filter and part of the dust can pass through the filter/bag and get into the engine.
